After developing knee, foot, and back problems and COPD, Margaret and Paul were struggling to navigate the stairs leading into their home. "I had to hop on one foot or crawl up the stairs every time, even getting groceries into the house was really hard for us," says Margaret. Then Scott Burgess of Accident Fund Insurance Company of America donated the funds to help CACIL build an entry ramp. "This ramp has made things so much easier for my husband and me," says Margaret. "Now we can get in and out Without any trouble. It's been a godsend."
