Rehabilitation Nursing is a philosophy of nursing care. Rehab nurses use a holistic approach, adapting their skills to the setting and needs of the individual. Along with the credentials and state licensure, Rehab Nurses have excellent functional assessment skills and utilize a comprehensive approach to care.
Our role is to teach people to be as independent as possible and then act as a consultant/supporter as the person transitions to their home or community setting. We also work with family members, providing education and support.
Our Rehab Nursing Services are authorized by referrals. We have a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse who can assist with:

- Rehab Nursing Assessment
- Rehab Nursing Care Facilitation
- Rehab Nursing Education
- Rehab Nursing Intervention
- Rehab Nursing Advocacy
